PLEASE NOTE: Each bear is delicately handmade and pieced together. Due to handling and transit, some roses may fall off but can easily be glued back on again. You can use any glue-like superglue or a glue gun.
Due to the handling of the rose bears, some of the rosebuds may be flat during shipment. No need to stress as this is completely normal! The rosebuds are made of foam 3D material which is soft and delicate. Therefore, small areas may be flat and squished. All you need to do is to heat the rosebuds by using a hairdryer and lightly squeeze it to shape. Alternatively, the roses are made of felt so can easily be reshaped and unfolded with care without any heat.
