If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:
- Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All RETURNS must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

POLICY
For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. As soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your REFUND minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

The Shopping Order has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
